Bio: Joe is another extremely accomplished athlete in this year’s Les Schwab Bowl. He was a Parade All-American selection in 2002, as well as first team all-state as both a tight end and defensive end. He lettered three years in both football and basketball, and all four of his high school years in track. Joe received a full athletic scholarship to play for the Beavers of Oregon State, and will begin his career there this fall.
