Bio: After earning three varsity football letters at Lake Oswego High School, Billy has much to be proud of. During his senior season he earned the Oregon Live football Player of the Year Award. He was also named as the Three Rivers League Offensive Player of the Year. In addition to football, Billy also lettered two years in Track and Field. He has received a full scholarship to play football at Southern Oregon University in the fall.
