Bio: During his career at Hood River Valley, Jacobe has earned numerous honors. In 2000 he was named to second-team All-League at safety. In 2001 he received second team All-League safety and running back honors. As a senior, Jacobe earned first team All-State and All-League running back honors as well as IMC Offensive Player of the Year. He was also the Power Bar Athlete of the Week for the Northwest Region and KATU and Les Schwab Athlete of the Month. Most notable, Jacobe was the first Oregon 4A player to break 2,000 yards in the regular season and he holds the all time rushing record with 2,844 yards. In addition to football, he also received varsity letters in both wrestling and lacrosse. This fall Jacobe will be attending Southern Oregon University on a partial scholarship.
