Bio: As a four-year letterman in football, Matt received first team All-League status at running back and defensive back. In 2001 he was recognized as honorable mention All-League. As a senior he was also voted varsity team MVP. In addition to football, Matt also lettered four years in wrestling. As a freshman he was the 215-pound district champion and as a senior he was district champion once again in the same weight bracket. Academically, Matt is a student in the Honors Programs and received the Excellence in First Year photo award. At this time he is unsure as to whether he will be playing football at Western Oregon or Portland State.
