Bio: Kacy was a first team all-PIL running back in 2002 and 2003 and a first team linebacker in 2003. He was a three-year letter winner in football and two-year letterman in baseball. Kacy was selected a first team all league catcher in 2003 and earned honorable mention all-state recognition for his efforts on the baseball field. Kacy has been honored as a scholar athlete by the National Football Foundation for his achievements in the classroom and on the playing field. Kacy will attend Western Oregon University on a partial scholarship to play football.
