Bio: Tommy had a successful career at Bend on the football team. He led the team in tackles and assists as both a junior and senior with a combined total of 272. As the Team Defensive MVP in both his junior and senior years, he paved the way for receiving the Captains Trophy and Most Inspirational Player awards as a senior. Additionally, he was nominated for the 2005 Old Spice/Red Zone player of the year award. Tommy also excelled as a wrestler and a member of the track & field teams. In 2005 he was the Western Regional Collegiate champion at 215 lbs. and as a junior was named the team's Most Inspirational wrestler. As a senior, he was named Bend High's Most Outstanding wrestler. Off the field, Tommy is an upstanding citizen being a four year volunteer to the Sagebrush Classic. He is also a volunteer youth wrestling coach and was a Link Crew Leader in 2005. In the classroom, he was a Scholar Athlete in both 2004 and 2005 with a 3.2 GPA or above. Although he is undecided on where he will attend school in the fall Tommy does plan to play football wherever he goes.
