Bio: Michael was a first team all-league defensive back and first team all-league kick returner in the Pac-9; he was also the Pac-9 defensive player of the year. Michael also was a very successful pole vaulter in high school by winning the Pac-9 championship in that event and holding the current school record as well. During his athletic career at Canby, Michael received two varsity letters in football; four in track; and two academically. Academically, Michael excelled at Canby by being on their honor roll. While undecided on where he plans to attend college in the fall, he does plan to take his pole vault success he achieved in high school to the next level.
