Bio: Dave's accomplishments in 2005 can be found both on and off the field. As a Team Captain for the Crusaders, he helped lead his team towards a State Championship. At the end of the year he received honors as a first team all-league and first team all-state linebacker and third team all-league defensive player of the year. Other on-field accomplishments include Most Inspirational Player Award winner and Dave was also the Team Captain for the swim team and a key member in the swim team winning state as well. During his career at Jesuit, Dave earned a total of 11 letters -- three in football, four in swimming and four in track. Off the field Dave is a National Merit Finalist, MAC Scholar-Athlete Award winner and Jesuit Football Team Scholastic award winner. Other achievements include numerous departmental awards during his years at Jesuit and being a member of the National Honor Society and maintaining honor roll status. While undecided on where he plans to attend school in the fall, Dave does plan on playing football when he gets there.
