Bio: In three years as a varsity football and baseball letter winner at Westview, Spencer achieved lots of success on the football field. He was first team all-Metro at wide receiver and defensive back, and second team All-State at defensive back. Off the field, Spencer was a National qualifier at DECA State. Spencer plans baseball at Sacramento State.
