Bio: Neil is Oregon’s two-time 5A Defensive Player of the Year and was also named league Defensive Player of the Year during both his junior and senior seasons. He was a 3-time All-State selection, a 3-time all-league selection and was the defensive MVP of the 2007 State Championship Game. A member of the National Honor Society, Neil made the Honor Roll 7 times and earned 1st team all-academic all four years. He will attend BYU next year where he will play football as a preferred walk-on.
