Bio: Scotland was a 2nd team All-State DE as a junior and was 1st team all-league. As a senior, he made 1st team All-State on both sides of the ball – as a LB and TE and was first team all-league on offense and defense as well. Scotland received a partial scholarship and will play football at Western Oregon University next fall.
