Bio: On the football field, Danny was selected 1st Team All-State at defensive back and Honorable Mention All-State as a wide receiver. In the Midwestern Conference, he was chosen 1st Team All-League on defense and 2nd Team All-League on offense. Danny also excels on the baseball field, being selected 1st Team All-State as an outfielder as a junior and senior. Danny has received the Scholar Athlete award all four years at Thurston, as well as receiving the Eastman Kodak Leadership award in 2008. He was Thurston’s Valedictorian and was also named their Athlete of the Year. He will be attending OSU where he will be playing baseball and begin his studies to become an orthopedic surgeon.
