Bio: Joe is a three-year letterman in football at Central Catholic. During his senior season, he was selected to 1st Team All-Conference as a defensive lineman. Along with this, he was selected to both the offensive and defensive 2nd Team All-League the previous year. He will be walking on at Oregon State next year for the football team.
