Bio: Michael earned twelve varsity letters at West Linn, four letters in each of three sports, football, wrestling and lacrosse.  At linebacker and wide receiver, Michael was a two time all conference player receiving honors for offense, defense and punter. He also earned all-state honors his senior year at linebacker. Michael led his team in tackles his junior and senior year and helped his team reach the playoffs all four years including an appearance in the quarter finals his senior year.  Michael was Three Rivers League scholar athlete of the year and an Oregon scholar athlete of the year finalist. Michael has been selected to play in the Les Schwab North/South all star game this summer in Hillsboro.  As a top ranked wrestler, Michael was a state qualifier 3 years as well as TRL district champion.  In Lacrosse, Michael has helped his team reach the playoffs every year and is projected to be a  three time all conference player and two time all-state player on defense.
