Cole was named 1st Team All-League in the Three Rivers League as a junior and senior on offense and defense for the Lakers. Cole was also named LB MVP at the 2010 All-Polynesian Camp and was a 2011 Polynesian All-American selection. He signed a full scholarship to play football at the Air Force Academy in Colorado.
