Bio: Ken was a two-sport all-star for North Medford, starting for three years on both the football and baseball teams. As a senior he was named to the 1st Team all conference at running back; to the 2nd Team all-conference at defensive back; and was an All-State honorable mention for both positions. As a junior and senior he was given the Speigelberg MVP award and the Best Back award by his coaches. He will play both football and baseball at the University of San Diego.
