| Bio: Joe was selected the PAC-8 Offensive Player of the Year in '99 after an outstanding season at quarterback for the Tigers. He was selected to the 2nd Team All-State squad and is a scholar athlete at Tigard. Joe lettered three times in football and track and twice in basketball.
