Highlights:
  * Coach Kitani enters his 20th season at Fairfax with an overall
    record of 361-140. He has been named LA city coach of the year
    four times and in 1999 won the John R. Wooden state of California
    coach of the year award.
  * During Coach Kitani’s tenure, Fairfax has won 11 league 
    championships, 2 city championships and made 19 straight playoff
    appearances including 6 appearances in the state tournament.
  * Count on the Lions to apply full court pressure defense and run
    an up-temp style of offense. They will be led by all-city players
    Craig Smith and Evan Burns with sophomore point guard Kevin Bell
    running the floor.
  * Over 70 players have received college scholarships at Fairfax
    including current NBA player Chris Mills and CAL-Berkely's
    standout, Joseph Shipp.
