* Westview has many key returning players from last years team that reached the state playoffs. They are lead by Garrett Jackson, a strong scorer and rebounder who has committed to play basketball at USC.
* The Wildcats expect to compete for the Metro League Championship.
* Head Coach Pat Coons is the only coach in school history and has compiled a record of 203-163 since 1994. He has led Westview to seven State Tournament appearances and has made the Final Four twice.
